EcoShield ensures adequate and effective supervision of client sites and assignments and screen and control supervising regularities and intensities based on intricacy and size.
The quality standards are effectively and efficiently measured via our real time quality inspection reports. During this process the cleaning is rated and attributed a score, based on a scale of 0% - 100% from poor to excellent. EcoShield Quality assurance policy is stringent and ensures that jobs that receive a rating below 50% are rectified within 3 days to ensure they are up to the EcoShield quality standard. Clients are able to access this via our online system and are also able to discuss issues / suggestions with the Supervisor / Manager handling their portfolio.
The management of EcoShield, also values feedback through our Customer Surveys which provide another forum for service performance evaluation and improvement.
